Quotations are quick and painless, just follow these easy steps:

1. Download an application.
2. Have your client complete the application (in full).
3. Fax the completed application (with any required information) to us at (918) 683-6842.
4. If you don't have a current producers agreement on file with TitlePac_®, download and fill out this form (2 pages). Fax it along with the required information to (918) 683-6842. We must have an agreement on file before we can release quotes or indications for your client.

You will receive a quotation within 24 hours.

After acceptance, your policy will be mailed within 48 hours after the original application and payment is received.
